Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is successfully completed, you will receive an instant confirmation email and/or SMS with your reservation details. This serves as proof of your booking.

Delivery Timeline
Your booking confirmation is delivered immediately after payment and successful reservation. In rare cases, if there is a delay due to technical issues, confirmations are usually resolved within 24 hours.

Booking Vouchers / Tickets
All booking vouchers are delivered digitally via email. You may download, save, or print them for your convenience at check-in.
