We booked a Deluxe (3 bed) and an Economy (2 bed) room a few days ago. The Deluxe had decent space, but the Economy was cramped. The rooms and lobby are clean and staff and management were good. They also have a restaurant on the first floor, though the food is overpriced for the portion size. Since many hotels on this lane, the exhaust system of this hotel needs improvement and lift facility is available.
It’s very near to Guwahati Railway Station (Platform no.-7).

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Surya. The property is exceptionally clean and conveniently located near the station. Staff members were polite, helpful, and ensured timely room service. The food quality was impressive, though priced slightly on the higher side, and only vegetarian options are offered. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. Facilities like lift and geyser were available and functional. Overall, a pleasant stay—I would definitely choose this hotel again.
